Casting and Full-Screen Viewing
Why do I not see a Cast or AirPlay button?+
Casting controls depend on your device, browser, television, and local network. A Cast or AirPlay button may not appear on every combination of devices. Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. When casting is unavailable, use an HDMI cable or mirror your device's screen.
Why does casting show a black screen or only play audio?+
Some device-mirroring combinations do not fully support protected video playback. Try one of these alternatives: • Cast the browser tab rather than the entire screen. • Use AirPlay directly from Safari. • Connect a laptop to the television with HDMI. • Watch directly on the original device.
How do I make the video full screen?+
Select the full-screen icon in the lower corner of the player. On phones and tablets, rotating the device horizontally may provide a larger view. Make sure screen-orientation lock is turned off.
Event Information
What time does the stream begin?+
The scheduled first-fight time appears on the event page. The stream may open earlier with a waiting screen or pre-show. All listed times are shown in the time zone identified on the event page.
Can the fight card or start time change?+
Yes. MMA cards are subject to change because of injuries, medical requirements, commission decisions, travel issues, or other circumstances. Check the event page and Tru Rev MMA notifications for the latest information.
Are canceled bouts refundable?+
A canceled or changed bout does not normally result in a refund when the overall event proceeds. PPV access is for the complete event rather than any single advertised bout.
Will every bout be included in the stream?+
The event page will indicate what the PPV includes. Unless otherwise stated, the broadcast is intended to include the event's scheduled streamed bouts, subject to production, commission, venue, and technical limitations.
Purchases and Access
Do I need an account to buy or watch a PPV?+
Yes. Use the same account and email address when purchasing and watching so that the platform can confirm your access. You can sign in with Google or request a secure sign-in link by email.
Where do I find a PPV I purchased?+
Sign in using the same account used for your purchase, then open My Account and view your purchases. You can also return to the event page. The watch option should appear when your account has access.
I purchased the event but am being asked to buy it again.+
First, confirm that you are signed in with the same email address used during checkout. This commonly happens when someone purchases with one email address and later signs in with a different Google account or email address. If the purchase still does not appear, open a support ticket and include: • Your name • The email address used at checkout • The event name • The approximate purchase time • The last four digits of the payment card, if requested Do not send your full card number.
Can I watch on more than one device?+
Your purchase is intended for personal viewing. Avoid playing the stream simultaneously on multiple devices, as this may interrupt playback or trigger account-security protections. You may switch devices by closing the stream on the first device and signing in on the second device.
Can I share my PPV access with someone else?+
No. PPV access is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing by the purchaser. Do not share your account, sign-in link, or stream access with others. Public exhibitions, watch parties, bars, restaurants, gyms, and other commercial uses require advance written permission.
Can I purchase the event after it has started?+
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, you may purchase access while the event is in progress. Purchasing late does not guarantee that earlier portions of the live broadcast can be replayed.
What payment methods are accepted?+
The available payment methods will appear during checkout. Major credit and debit cards are generally accepted.
Will I receive a receipt?+
A purchase confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
What is the refund policy?+
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and the applicable terms of sale. Refunds generally are not issued for: • Missing part of an event • Changes to the fight card • Problems caused by the viewer's device, browser, or internet connection • Failure to sign in with the account used to make the purchase Contact support promptly if a verified platform-wide technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased broadcast.
Replays
When will the replay be available?+
Replay processing begins after the live broadcast ends. Availability may take several minutes or longer depending on the event. The replay will appear on the event page when it is ready.
Does my live PPV purchase include the replay?+
The event's purchase page should state whether replay access is included and how long it remains available.
Can I buy only the replay?+
Replay-only access may be offered after an event. When available, the price and access period will appear on the event page.
Can I watch an individual bout instead of the full event?+
Individual bout replays may be offered for selected events. When available, they will appear on the event or bout page.
Can I download the stream or replay?+
No. Streams and replays are provided for viewing through the Tru Rev MMA platform and may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, rebroadcast, or redistributed.
Signing In
How do I sign in?+
You can sign in with Google or enter your email address and request a secure sign-in link. When using an emailed link, open it on the device and browser where you want to watch.
I did not receive my sign-in email.+
Try the following: 1. Wait a few minutes. 2. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. 3. Search your inbox for "Tru Rev MMA." 4. Confirm that you entered the correct email address. 5. Request a new sign-in link. Only use the newest link you receive.
Why does my sign-in link no longer work?+
Email sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. Request a new link from the sign-in page if the original link has expired or has already been used.
I bought with one email but signed in with another. Can the purchase be moved?+
Open a support ticket and provide both email addresses and the purchase details. Support will review whether the purchase can be associated with the correct account.
Can I change my account email address?+
Contact support for assistance. You may be asked to verify your existing email address and recent account activity.
Troubleshooting and Support
What information should I include in a support ticket?+
Include: • The event you are trying to watch • The email address associated with your account • Your device type • Your browser • A description of what appears on screen • Any error message • The troubleshooting steps you already tried • A screenshot, when possible Never include your password or full payment-card number.
How do I get help during a live event?+
Use the support chat or open a support ticket from the Help page. Provide complete device and account information so the support team can respond efficiently. Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue may slow the response.
What should I do before contacting support?+
Try refreshing the page, signing out and back in, confirming the correct account, disabling a VPN, closing other streaming apps, and trying another current browser.
Does a VPN affect streaming?+
It can. VPNs, proxies, privacy relays, workplace networks, school networks, and strict firewall settings may interfere with video playback or account verification. Temporarily disable the VPN or switch to a normal home or mobile connection before contacting support.
Can I test my device before event night?+
Open the event page on the device and browser you plan to use. Confirm that you can sign in, play any available preview or test video, enter full-screen mode, and connect to your television. Complete this test before the event begins whenever possible.
Watching the Live Stream
What devices can I use to watch?+
You can watch on most current: • Windows and Mac computers • iPhones and iPads • Android phones and tablets • Chromebooks • Smart TVs with a modern web browser For the best experience, use the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
Can I watch on my television?+
Yes. The easiest options are: • Connect a computer to your TV with an HDMI cable. • Use AirPlay from a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Mac. • Cast your screen or browser tab using a compatible Chromecast or Google TV device. • Open the Tru Rev MMA website directly in your smart TV's browser. For the most reliable event-night experience, we recommend using an HDMI cable from a computer to your television.
Is there a Tru Rev MMA app for Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or other streaming devices?+
A dedicated television app is not currently available. You may still be able to watch by casting, using AirPlay, opening the website in the device's browser, or connecting a computer with HDMI.
Which browser should I use?+
Use the latest available version of: • Google Chrome • Apple Safari • Microsoft Edge • Mozilla Firefox Older browsers and built-in smart TV browsers may not provide the best playback experience.
How fast should my internet connection be?+
We recommend a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for one device. Faster service may be needed when other people or devices are using the same connection. A wired Ethernet connection generally provides the most reliable experience. When using Wi-Fi, stay near your router and avoid downloading large files or streaming on several other devices during the event.
Why is the video buffering or freezing?+
Try these steps: 1. Pause the stream for several seconds, then press play. 2. Refresh the page. 3. Close other browser tabs and streaming apps. 4. Disconnect other devices that may be using significant bandwidth. 5. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or use an Ethernet cable. 6. Restart your browser or device. 7. Try another supported browser. The video player automatically adjusts quality based on your available connection.
Why is the picture blurry?+
The player may temporarily lower the video quality when your internet connection slows down. Quality should improve automatically when your connection stabilizes. Closing other streams or downloads, moving closer to your router, or using a wired connection may improve picture quality.
I can see the video but cannot hear anything. What should I do?+
Check the following: • Make sure the player is not muted. • Increase the volume inside the video player. • Check your device and television volume. • Confirm that audio is being sent to the correct speaker, television, or Bluetooth device. • Disconnect Bluetooth headphones or speakers you are not using. • Refresh the page and press play again. Some browsers require you to press play before audio can begin.
The event has started, but I only see a waiting screen.+
The broadcast may not have started yet, even if the scheduled event time has arrived. Fight cards and event schedules can change. Keep the event page open and refresh it periodically. If the broadcast has clearly begun and the stream still does not appear, open a support ticket.
Is the live stream delayed?+
Yes. Online broadcasts normally have a brief delay behind the action inside the venue. The exact delay can vary by device and internet connection. Avoid social media or live-result notifications if you do not want results revealed before you see them.
Can I pause or rewind the live stream?+
Available controls may vary by event. If pause or rewind is enabled, those controls will appear in the player. Refreshing the page or switching devices may return you to the live point of the broadcast.
Can I watch after the event has ended?+
When replay access is included or available for purchase, the replay will appear on the event page after it has been processed. A replay may not be available immediately after the final bout. Please allow time for the recording to be prepared.
